• Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and define business and product requirements, translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Drive Product Planning: Work alongside Managers to prioritize features, shape the product roadmap, and ensure that the product backlog is well-organized and aligned with business goals.
• Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery and that features meet business needs.
• Conduct Market and Customer Research: Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Documentation and Testing: Maintain product documentation, create user guides, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business expectation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or product-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, tools, and writing user stories.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
